Tweet Tales Tuesday Week 71
May 28, 2013

15 Minute Tweet TalesI hope everyone had a lovely Memorial Day weekend! Mine was pretty low key, mostly spent working on a script due at the end of the month. And as usual with Monday holidays, I'm now completely confused about what day it is and almost forgot to post my 15 Minute Tweet Tales today.

Many of the #15tt folks participate by writing haikus and other poems, so on the 24th I thought I'd give it a try. The #haikuchallenge word for that day was 'oops' so I incorporated it along with the #15tt word. I'll never be accused of being a poet, but it was fun to try something new.

5/22 – When the lurid murders resume, the cops fear they have the wrong man, but it's just an epigone even easier to catch than the original.

5/23 – Mia's satyagraha inspired our revolution. She was butchered at her sit-in, so we tossed her teachings and slaughtered our oppressors.

5/24 –

Death-predicting cat
Peers beyond caducity
Oops, your time is nigh

5/25 – A raiding warrior eloigns a maiden to his village. For ten seconds he lives with the realization that she's a sneakier fighter than him.

5/26 – Too shy to speak, he indites a note asking her out. While flattered, she's repelled by the awful spelling and must check the 'know' box.

5/27 – The dragon's megrims caused her to snack on all the maidens in the kingdom; the dogs were next, but their bones got stuck in her teeth.

5/28 – "Bob, your tmesis is making me crazy." "I have abso-freakin-lutely no idea what you're talking about." Not guilty by reason of insanity?

Play along and write tweet tales for the above words. If you’re willing to share, post them on twitter with the hashtag #15tt or add them below in the comments because I’d love to read them. Any thoughts about this week's tweet tales or #15tt words?
