With tantric as one of the words this week and another meaning spawning (anadromous), the pattern of suggestive words in the Rare Words book continues. Who knew there were so many obscure risqué words out there?
And now here are my 15 Minute Tweet Tales for the week:
1/30 – Like a xeric cactus that dies when overwatered, she couldn’t cope with the love he showered on her and returned to the man who beat her.
1/31 – After sampling her tantric talents, he was in love. And she was able to sell his clean energy invention to the highest bidder: big oil.
2/1 – Her rich boyfriend didn’t want kids, so securing a proposal took extreme effort. Now the revenant of her son keeps her awake at night.
2/2 – Anadromous Club had too clever a name, so sailors ended up trying to get lucky at dock bars rather than visiting the floating brothel.
2/3 – Once a week he stops at the airport to watch soldiers reunite with loved ones. A moment of macarism before going home to his dying wife.
2/4 – Granny’s golden hutch is supposed to make her rich, but the appraiser says it’s ormolu. He “forgets” to mention the secret compartment.
2/5 – Ullage in carafe of expensive wine. Waiter fired for sampling. His story about flock of thirsty martins, while true, too hard to swallow.
Play along and write tweet tales for the above words. If you’re willing to share, post them on twitter with the hashtag #15tt or add them below in the comments because I’d love to read them. Any thoughts about this week’s tweet tales or #15tt words?
